Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) package of spaghetti
- 2 pounds of lean beef
- 1 (14 ounce) jar of spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups of butter and sliced
- 1 (9 ounce) container of cottage cheese
- 1 (9 ounce) package of cream cheese and softened
- 1.5 cups of sour cream
Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Step 2:
Bring a large pot of light salted water to a boil and then Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water and stir until cooked through but firm to the bite for about 10 minutes and then let it drain Drain.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and then Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until its color is a bit browned and crumbly for about 6 to 7 minutes and let it drain and discard grease then Transfer it to a bowl and mix spaghetti sauce into beef.
- Step 4:
- Place a half the slices of butter into the bottom of a casserole dish and then Spread half the spaghetti into the dish and Mix cheese some cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl and spread the mixture over spaghetti then Layer the remaining spaghetti over creamy mixture and then put some pats of butter on the top of it
- Step 5:
- Pour beef mixture over spaghettis and then Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes and then Spread the cheese over a casserole and continue baking until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned for about 13 more minutes
