Ingredients:
4 pounds skinless and boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 or 2 inch cubes
1 cup of fresh onion juice in it
4 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of lime juice in it
½ teaspoon of powdered saffron in it
1 tablespoon of salt in it
½ cup of butterin form of melted
freshly ground black pepper in it.
Directions:
Step 1
In a large bowl of combine freshly onion juice and olive oil , lime juice, saffron, salt and some pepper. Mix it in the cubes of chicken Cover, and store it in the fridge overnight .

And the next day slide the cubes of chicken onto skewers for the grilling. Brush each side with melted butter and then..

Cook on the grill over medium heat til the chicken turns its color into golden brown
