Ingredients:
- 5 (5 ounce) fillets salmons
- salt, ground black pepper to taste better
- ½ cup of pecans in it.
- 4 tablespoons of pure maple syrup.
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon of chipotle pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder in it.
Directions:
Step 1:
Place a salmon fillets on a baking sheet and swan with salt and black pepper in it.
Step 2:
Combine pecans and maple syrup " vinegar" paprika" chipotle powder " and onion powder in a food processor " pulse until texture is a bit crumbly. Spoon pecan mixture on top of every salmon fillet coating the entire top surface. Refrigerate the coated salmon and uncovered it for 3 to 4 hours.
Step 3:
Preheat oven to 434 degrees F or 223 C
Step 4:
Bake the salmon in the heated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork for about 11 to 15 minutes.
