Kelli Bhattacharjee gave me this recipe of Grilled Chicken so i thought i might share it with you . I made a few changes to it now this is hands down my favorite grilled chicken ever so yummy, I have literally been making it at least twice a week since I've had this recipe so Try it. You won't be disappointed! form this This is absolutely delicious and makes a very good and flavorful product.
2 cups of white distilled vinegar
1.5 cups of water in it
3 sticks of butter in it
4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons of garlic salt
2 tablespoons of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of white sugar
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
2 (8 ounce) bone-in chicken breasts just for it but u can add more
5 chicken legs in quarters!!
Directions:
Step 1:
Combine the vinegar -water- butter and Worcestershire sauce- garlic -salt- pepper- sugar-and minced garlic in one single pot. And Bring to a boiled and Remove from heat and let marinade cool to normal room temperature at least 45 minutes.
Step 2:
Place the chicken in a resealable zip top bag and Pour the marinade over some chicken and seal then marinate 8 hours to all-night
Step 3:
Preheat an outdoor and grill it for medium high heat and lightly oil the grate. put some chicken pieces to the grill and shaking off excess.
Step 4:
Grill chicken until it turns brown from the center 35 to 45 minutes.
