This is maple salmon recipe in mom's recipe This is the simplest and most delicious salmon recipe, and really easy to organize . i like maple so much and put this together one night. My husband totally loved it; he didn't like salmon that much until he had this.
Ingredients:
2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
3 teaspoon garlic salt
3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound of salmon
Directions:
Step 1:
In a small bowl, mix the syrup , soy sauce, garlic, flavorer , and pepper.
Step 2:
Place salmon during a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon within the refrigerator half-hour , turning once.
Step 3:
Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Step 4:
Place the baking dish within the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
